Mindfulness and Loving- Kindness Meditation for Mental Health

Meditation Instruction and Talk, Guided Discussion safe, supportive environment for healing

All Welcome: beginners, experienced practitioners attend any or all sessions

Location: 1127 11th Ave, 2nd floor below blue ‘yoga' sign, Kaimuki municipal parking lot

Times and Dates: 8 Saturdays, 2-3:30 pm 2014

August: 9th Stress, Anxiety, Fear 16th Anger, Rage, Hatred 23rd Grieving, Loss 30th Learning, Cognitive Disabilities

September: 13th Aging, Injury, Illness 20th Listening, Speaking 27th Interpersonal Relationships

October: 4th Sex, Sexuality

Instructor: Catherine Hage Vipassana (mindfulness), Metta, (loving-kindness) practitioner since 1997, selected for and completed two and half year national Community Dharma Leadership Program in Theravada Buddhist tradition, Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Concentration.
