Rules of Participation: Anyone wishing to speak, please raise your hand. After recognition, address your comments to the Chair. Speakers should be concise, and comments must relate to the pending agenda item. Please silence all electronic devices.
1. CALL TO ORDER 7:00 p.m. by Chair Pro Tem Randolph Hack.
2. SELECTION OF OFFICERS ??? Chair, Co-chair, Secretary
3. COMMITTEE CHARTER DRAFT. For discussion.
a. Members of the Committee
b. Purpose: The purpose of the committee is to represent the Palolo Valley residents needs on this topic.
c. Goals: Stop future development. Remedy current issues/impact with homes built, i.e. traffic, parking. Understand/communicate what happened and to ensure this type of development does not occur again.
d. Functions of the Committee
i. To be a resource to the community
ii. To be a community liaison between the residents, community organizations and governmental agencies.
iii. To represent the community on this issue
e. Action
i. Identify and obtain contact information on all the stakeholders.
ii. Identify the number and location of monster homes.
iii. Meet with community members and list all of the concerns.
iv. Implement action plan to resolve concerns.
4. ADJOURNMENT
