Rules for Virtual Participation: All participants will be muted by the moderator. You will be recognized by raising your hand to be recognized by the chair. You can also write comments and questions in the chat box which we can address.
Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under three (3) minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under three (3) minutes. Please silence all electronic devices.
Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda. A two-thirds (2/3) vote eight (8) of this 11-member Board is needed to add an item to the agenda. Items may not be added if they are of major importance and will affect a significant number of people.
Covid-19: As a courtesy, please comply with social distancing of six (6) feet whenever and wherever possible to mitigate the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Mask/facial coverings are required at all times while in attendance within the facility and practicing social distancing when possible in compliance with municipal orders. Please keep your masks on while speaking into the microphones.

A. Tzu Chi is having the monthly food distribution on October 25, 2020. Please check the flyer on our Neighborhood Board Facebook page.
B. The State of Hawaii is distributing FREE Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) supplies available at https://hawaii-medical-alliance.myshopify.com/ More Information: Contact Hawaii Emergency Management Agency (HI-EMA) at ESF7.firstname.lastname@example.org. See Flyer on the table. It is also translated into 5 languages - Chinese, Japanese, Ilocano, Tagalog, and Korean. Contact the Executive Office on Aging. These are for various businesses and professional services.
C. The Pavement Preservation in Kaimuki is continuing. There are a few flyers with the schedule for October and it will be on our Facebook page.
