Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on unless allowed for under HRS 92. A majority (8 members) of this 15-member Board is required to meet quorum requirements. Board members must be in person or have video access on Webex.

Note: The Neighborhood Commission approved our request to change one (1) vacant Subdistrict 2 seat to an At-Large seat for the 2025-2027 board term (https://www4.honolulu.gov/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-351766/00_2025_07AG.pdf). This was only approved for one seat at the meeting and would only be through this term. If we want to extend this to be any other vacant seat(s) for the remainder of this term, or if another vacancy manifests in any subdistrict, and we would like any vacant seat where no subdistrict person shows interest in a vacant seat, we may ask the Neighborhood Commission to consider that again next month.
