2. PRESENTATION

a. Department of Transportation Services demonstration of Parking Scenario Exercise

The exercise is designed to highlight the typical dynamics and challenges of parking demand, including high utilization rates, enforcement issues, negative driver experiences, financial and environmental impacts, and policy and infrastructure considerations.

i. Discussion of locations with traffic congestion, parking, and safety concerns
