Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on unless allowed for under HRS 92. A majority (8 members) of this 15-member Board is required to meet quorum requirements. Board members must be in person or have video turned on Webex.
