Agenda Scope: Board members and the public and may express any normal range of questions, concerns, comments, discussion, requests for follow up, board discussion, and board motions regarding any issue related to the respective items listed on the agenda or brought up during the course of the meeting, with due consideration of substantive items for future board agendas. Action may be taken only on items for which notice has been provided as required by HRS Chapter 92.
