HULAerobics (The "Polynesian Method of Body Conditioning") is to Initiate every-"BODY" of all ages and fitness levels with the Polynesian Method of Body Conditioning to achieve maximum Health and Vitality in a effective, efficient way!
Whether a dancer, athlete, or simply interested in keeping fit, The HULAerobics method of body conditioning exercise is designed for everyone!!! It works specific muscles in controlled methodical ways in order to increase agility and strength. HULAerobics revolutionary toning and conditioning system stretches, strengthens, stimulates and realigns overused joints and muscles.
HULAerobics Health and Wellness Programs continue its effort to support the culture and heritage of Native Hawaiians and Polynesians throughout the continental US and these Islands through its educational and service programs, community outreach, participation in the Association of Hawaiian organizations, in various community events, service projects, social gatherings, Clubs, cultural events and of cultural heritage, learning and encouragements to always preserve our Islands values and our precious culture.
HULAerobics membership is open to all Native Hawaiians and those who are "Hawaiian at heart".
"Hawaiian at heart" is defined as someone ---not of native Hawaiian ancestry --who loves our islands, our culture, and our native Hawaiian people. Membership and Dues are minimal and a members range of activities include; health and wellness programs, fitness classes, workshops, participation in various community events, service projects, social gatherings and performances.
The average amount of calories burned during one session of HULAerobics are 600 or more calories.
This of course varies depending on age, ability and effort level
