Grilled and served over mushroom risotto.

Topped with a medley of fresh mushrooms and demi-glace

Lobster Risotto

Italian Carnaroli rice cooked slowly in our indulgent lobster stock, fresh herbs, shallots and white wine.Maine lobster meat, fresh asparagus, diced local tomatoes, Italian parsley and Parmigiano Reggiano.

Chicken Marsala

Organic Free Range Chicken, pounded thin, smothered in parmesan, sautéed with a sauce of fresh mushrooms,

sweet and dry Italian Marsala wines, Chablis, lemon, butter and Maui basil. Served over mushroom risotto.
