JROTC Army Instructor (AI) Position (Full Time)

~Applicants must be retired from the Army in grades E-6-E-9, W-1-W-5, O-3-O-6

~Personnel retired under Title 10, section 1223 Reserve Service are eligible for employment (Active Duty, Active Guard Reserve, National Guard, Army Reserve, Wounded Warrior)

~Instructors must be able to perform, participate and supervise in conjunction with student learning.

~Applicants must be retired from the Army within the last 3 years and must receive retirement pay.

~Applicants must meet retention medical fitness standards

~The CG,USACC will evaluate the eligibility and suitability of personnel to serve as JROTC instructors.

~Demonstrate the professional ability to lead, motivate, and influence young men and women to learn and develop leadership, self-reliance and discipline, responsiveness to constituted authority, and attributes of good citizenship and patriotism.
