Forest bathing (aka "shinrin-yoku"), the latest wellness trend making news around the world, has come to Oʻahu with the stateʻs first and only certified forest therapy guide, Phyllis Look.
Forest Bathing Hawaiʻi offers its guided, mindful walks on the verdant grounds of the Lyon Arboretum in Mānoa Valley to individuals (public groups) and in private bookings.
Grounded in scientific research, these three-hour sessions reconnect participants with the natural world, leading to lowered blood pressure, boosted immune functions, mental focus, and a sense of calm.
