Dear Valued Customers:

Reserved Shopping Hour:
In an effort to help keep our elder community and customers with vulnerable immune systems protected, starting Friday, March 20
th we will now extend to a two-hour window for locations that open at 5am for elderly and people who have serious chronic medical conditions everyday across all locations in response to the escalating circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. Store opening hours vary and are available by visiting

We thank the community in advance for respecting the purpose of the reserved shopping hour in order to help protect our elder and immune compromised community and provide them with a safe and less crowded shopping environment.

Information and updates surrounding COVID-19 is constantly changing, so the Reserved Shopping Hours will be in effect indefinitely until we’ve received clearance from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) or government officials.  You may click on our Store Locator link below to find a location nearest you and for your convenince, we've broken down the stores that will be open at 5am and 6am, respectively.

Self-Serve Delicatessen and Bakery Stations Closed:
Effective immediately, operations of all self-serve Delicatessen and Bakery stations will be suspended until further notice.  We will be working to provide an increased selection of pre-packaged delicatessen foods and bakery products.
Public Seating Closing:
All public seating inside and around the perimeter of our stores will be temporarily closed to minimize the potential of community spread of the Coronavirus.
Purchase Limit:
Due to the high demand for hand sanitizers, disinfectant sprays/wipes, rubbing alcohol, toilet tissue, rice, and a few other essential grocery items we will be limiting the purchase quantity to Two (2) units per household.  This policy is to ensure that we are able to provide needed products to as many customers as possible.
Shopping Alternative:
As a shopping alternative, Times and Big Save Supermarkets is partnered with Shipt, an on-line grocery ordering and delivery service.  Visit for information on Shipt’s service.
Please be assured that we are committed to providing you with the necessary essential products in a clean and safe environment.  During this unprecedented pandemic, we encourage everyone to exercise caution and remain diligent in your effort to keep yourself and everyone around you safe and healthy.  Thank you for your continued support of Times and Big Save Supermarkets.  To view these store operating procedure changes on-line visit
