With the new year comes new happenings wtih HPR! We're pleased to present an exclusive opportunity to spend an evening with Francis Lam, host of The Splendid Table.

Join Francis Lam, vice president and editor-in-chief for Clarkson Potter and host of the culinary public radio program, "The Splendid Table," as he sits down with local tastemakers for conversations about Hawai‘i's food cultures from near and far, and what’s ahead in food for 2023. Audio from the event will be recorded for a future local broadcast on Hawai‘i Public Radio and national broadcast on “The Splendid Table.” Local guests include:

On December 31, close out 2022 with Jon Alan's Blues from the Basement New Year's Eve Special at 8 p.m. on HPR-1. On New Year's Day, tune in to your home for classical music, HPR-2, and enjoy New Year's ozoni with Classical Pacific host Sharene Taba, at 9 a.m.
