Join Francis Lam, vice president and editor-in-chief for Clarkson Potter and host of the culinary public radio program, "The Splendid Table," as he sits down with local tastemakers for conversations about Hawai‘i's food cultures from near and far, and what’s ahead in food for 2023. Audio from the event will be recorded for a future local broadcast on Hawai‘i Public Radio and national broadcast on “The Splendid Table.”
