Overnight Camping At Bellows Returns August 29, 2025 & New City Camping Website

The direct internet link, or URL, to access to our camping permit website is changing to: https://web5.hnl.info/camping

Effective after noon today, August 7, 2025, the old URL ( https://web1.hnl.info/camping ) will display the following message “We’ve moved! Please visit our new site at https://web5.hnl.info/camping and update your bookmarks.”
Camping permitting, procedures, and rules remain the same. We’ve just got a new URL.

This migration is the result of server upgrades, because who says government doesn’t have up-to-date technology?!
Mahalo for your patience and understanding while we work with our Information Technology partners to make this change. Last fiscal year we issued 8,603 camping permits for the public to enjoy our 17 campgrounds around O‘ahu. We love it when you all enjoy the outdoors!

We are also happy to announce that permitted camping is resuming for Bellows Field Beach Park this upcoming Labor Day Weekend, beginning Friday, August 29, 2025 in the afternoon. Online permitting for this popular location will resume on Friday, August 15 at 5 p.m. Mahalo for your patience while overnight camping was suspended at Bellows due to the turtle nesting season.
