Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under three (3) minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under three (3) minutes. When not speaking or when finished speaking, please mute yourself. Please silence all electronic devices.

Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda. A two-thirds (2/3) vote eight (8) of this 11-member Board is needed to add an item to the agenda. Items may not be added if they are of major importance and will affect a significant number of people.

I. ANNOUNCEMENTS

A. Trees for Kaimuk : Trees for Kaimuk have been Busy! Community members have gotten together with local experts to grow trees and plants for Arbor Day 2021 in November. The tree and plant species have been selected and members of the community are learning best practices for growing species that will thrive in Kaimuk . Together we hope to have an amazing selection of trees and that your yard will love. From the Hawaiian Ulu (breadfruit) tree to the Hawaiian Hibiscus, there is a tree or plant for you! Trees for Kaimuk will continue to update the Neighborhood Board as we grow for the community.

A. Resolution to Have the City and County of Honolulu Support a Gift to the City by 808 Cleanups and EnVision Kaimuk for a Mural to be installed at Pu’u O Kaimuk Mini Park.

C. Resolution Supporting Legislation that Regulates and/or Prohibits the Construction of "Monster Houses"

D. Resolution Supporting Legislation that protects Historic Homes, Buildings, Districts, or Other Historic Resources
