Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under three (3) minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under three (3) minutes. When not speaking or when finished speaking, please mute yourself. Please silence all electronic devices.

Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda. A two-thirds (2/3) vote eight (8) of this 11-member Board is needed to add an item to the agenda. Items may not be added if they are of major importance and will affect a significant number of people.

B. Diamond Head - Fort Ruger Path Volunteer Cleanups: Every third Saturday of the month

C. Book Drive: There is still time to drop off books at non-profit Tzu Chi’s Book Drive - collecting new and gently used books for Nanakuli-Waianae Complex Area until Saturday, July 17, 2021. Drop-off Hours are 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 1238 Wilhelmina Rise. For more information, call 808-737-8885.

D. Road Work: There is ongoing Road Work by the Alakona Corporation doing City and County Pavement Preservation Work
