4. LEGISLATION TRACKING

4.1 City Council

4.1.1 Bill 6 – self-certification of building plans by responsible professionals

4.2 Mayor

4.2.1 State of the City speech

4.2.1.1 “rocket docket” to expedite building permits, reduce community review or delay of projects.

4.2.1.2 More special assignment inspections to allow construction to commence during permitting review.

4.2.1.3 Tiny home villages for the homeless. Locations TBD.

4.2.2 Diamond Head loop multi-modal trail/path

4.3 Legislature

4.3.1 Sea-level rise discussion. Buffer, adapt, retreat.
