2. MONSTER HOMES

a. Identify and track: 3615 Sierra Drive, 1352 Koko Head, 1891 Pala Street, 4103 Pakolu Place, 4041 Waialae Ave, 1805 Paula Dr, 1232B Center St, 3715 Crater Rd

b. Stormwater runoff. Discussion on legislative goals/ resolution.

3. LEGISLATION TRACKING

a. Legislature

i. HB2090 – MicroUnits/ adaptive reuse. Require Counties to allow microunits down to 200 sf. Require adaptive reuse and exemptions to parking requirements.

ii. SB2436 – Construction waste recycling. Requires recycling of construction and demo materials.

4. COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT IDEAS

a. Community input for suggestions.
