RULES OF SPEAKING: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Online participants will be muted by the moderator. After you are recognized online, please unmute yourself and turn on your camera. You may also write comments and questions in the chat box. All speakers are encouraged to keep their comments and questions under 3 minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under 3 minutes, except where noted. NOTE: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda. A two-thirds (2/3) vote (8 members) of this 11-member Board is needed to add an item to the agenda. Items may not be added if they are of major importance and will affect a significant number of people.

Next Meeting: The Kaimukī Neighborhood Board No. 4 is scheduled to hold its next regular meeting on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in person at the Kaimukī Public Library meeting room and online via Webex. To request a meeting agenda item, please contact the Chair at least two weeks before the scheduled meeting.
