All Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments and questions under 3 minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under 3 minutes, except where noted. Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), no item can be added to an agenda if it is of reasonably major importance and the board's action will affect a significant number of persons.
